You understand, agree and undertake the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") of the "Quick Heal Mobile Security Complementary Copy Offer"("Offer") offered by Quick Heal Technologies Private Limited ("Quick Heal") having its Registered Office at 603, MayFair Towers II, Wakdewadi, Shivajinagar, Pune 411 005:

1. This promotion is subject to product availability. No substitutions allowed. 
2. Quick Heal Mobile Security product will be installed on Android & BlackBerry Smartphones and Tablets only. 
3. Quick Heal Mobile Security product is valid for the period of two months from the date of activation on your mobile. After the initial 2 months subscription period, user may purchase product by paying requisite price.
4. User will have to install & activate the Quick Heal Mobile Security product by downloading it from www.quickheal.com/qhms. 
5. This offer is applicable only for users who will be installing the Quick Heal Mobile Security product for the first time. 
6. While activating Quick Heal Mobile Security product, you have to provide some personal information like name of state and city where you resides and mobile number. This information will be use only for providing services to the user. 
7. This offer is valid across India only.
8. This offer cannot be combined with any other scheme/offer. 
9. Quick Heal's decisions on all matters relating to the offer are final, conclusive and binding and Quick Heal shall not entertain any further correspondences. 
10. Quick Heal reserves the right to change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at anytime without prior notice or giving any reasons. 
11. In no event will Quick Heal or any of its officers, employees and agents be liable for any type of losses/damages whether direct/indirect arising in contract or in connection With the offer, even if Quick Heal was advised of the possibility of any such damages in advance and all such damages are expressly excluded. 
12. In case of any ambiguity in this offer, the decisions of Quick Heal shall be final, conclusive and binding. 
13. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Pune, India.
